The cup (1) of substantially hemispherical general shape, has a fully smooth inner surface, said apparatus comprising a handle (2a) receiving at one of its ends an expandable impaction head (6). The assembly comprises an insert (5) serving as an interface, intended to be positioned inside the cup (1), and having indexing arrangements cooperating with complementary arrangements formed at the edge of the opening of the cup (1), said insert (5) being shaped to be elastically deformed corresponding to a diametrical expansion, under the effect of an introduction of the impaction head (6) of the apparatus into a cavity internal (5a) of said insert (5), causing, concomitantly, a connection and a coupling between the cup (1) and the apparatus (2).La cupule (1) de forme générale sensiblement hémisphérique, présente une surface interne entièrement lisse, ledit appareil comprenant un manche (2a) recevant à l'une de ses extrémités une tête d'impaction expansible (6). L'ensemble comprend un insert (5) faisant office d'interface, destiné à être positionné à l'intérieur de la cupule (1), et présentant des agencements d'indexion coopérant avec des agencements complémentaires formés au niveau du bord de l'ouverture de la cupule (1), ledit insert (5) étant conformé pour être déformé par élasticité correspondant à une expansion diamétrale, sous l'effet d'une introduction de la tête d'impaction (6) de l'appareil dans une cavité interne (5a) dudit insert (5), provoquant, d'une manière concomitante, une liaison et un accouplement entre la cupule (1) et l'appareil (2).
