PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulatory function determining apparatus shortening a time required for a determination of a circulatory function.SOLUTION: This circulatory function determining apparatus 1 determines the circulatory function in the following procedures. (1) A pressure control section 30 pressurizes and depressurizes a cuff 10. (2) A pressure detecting section 40 detects an oppression pressure of the cuff 10. (3) A pulse wave detecting section 50 associates the oppression pressure with a pulse wave amplitude value. (4) A pulse wave feature detecting section 61 calculates a pulse wave cumulative addition value. (5) An index value calculating section 62 calculates a blood vessel elasticity index value. (6) A blood pressure measuring section 70 calculates a systolic blood pressure value and a diastolic blood pressure. (7) The blood pressure measuring section 70 calculates an ankle-brachial blood pressure index. (8) A function determining section 80 determines whether the blood vessels of the left upper arm and the left ankle are normal or not.
