The present invention relates to a tissue protective tube for tricuspid regurgitation surgery, which is used for a patient with tricuspid regurgitation or a disorder in which the heart&prime；s tricuspid valve lying in between the right atrium and the right ventricle does not close properly, causing blood to abnormally flow backwards from the right ventricle into the right atrium when the right ventricle contracts. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tissue protective tube for tricuspid regurgitation surgery includes: a hollow coronary sinus tube (22) for protecting the coronary sinus tissues； and a hollow tricuspid tube (24) for protecting the tricuspid and interventricular septum tissues. From the upper part to the predetermined length, the coronary sinus tube and the tricuspid tube are coupled to each other side by side, while at the bottom part, the coronary sinus tube and the tricuspid tube are separated. At the bottom part of the tricuspid tube (24), a blocking part (30) is formed to block a space caused by the improper closing of the tricuspid.본 발명은 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구에 관한 것으로서, 심장의 우심실의 수축기에 우심실과 우심방 사이의 판막인 삼천판막이 불완전하게 닫혀 정상적인 과정이 아닌 우심실에서 우심방으로 혈류가 역류하는 삼천판막 역류증 환자에 시술되는 조직보호기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른, 삼천판막 역류증 시술용 조직보호기구는 관상정맥동 조직을 보호하는 속이 빈 관상정맥동 튜브(22)와, 삼천판막과 심실중격의 조직을 보호하기 위한 속이 빈 삼천판막 튜브(24)를 포함하되, 상부측에서 미리정해진 길이까지는 상기 관상정맥동 튜브와 상기 삼천판막 튜브가 서로 측면으로 결합되어 있고, 하부측에서는 서로 분리되어 있으며, 상기 삼천판막 튜브(24)의 하부측에는 상기 삼천판막의 불완전한 닫힘현상으로 인해 발생되는 공간을 막는 차단부(30)가 형성된다.
