The present invention relates to a mushroom cultivation facility using solar power, which does not require high-priced LED lamps by maximizing use of natural sunlight needed for cultivating high quality shiitake mushroom, and which saves cooling and heating energy and installs solar power generator on a roof while minimizing management costs, thereby satisfying all the conditions for maximizing farm income up to electricity sale income. The present invention, if associated with a home or farming return program, is expected to get a user to be adapted to an agricultural life because the farm income is stable. The present invention builds the roof with conventional sandwich panels and PC/FRP dual panels in order to maximally secure the natural sunlight within the cultivation facility for producing the high quality shiitake mushroom and installs multi-layered insulating non-woven fabric cultivation racks with internal dual structures in order to enhance productivity while reducing management costs.
