PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an event identification system capable of recording who did what and when in a series of working actions such as a surgery accurately and along a time series in such a way as can be easily recognized on a list by a simple device structure.SOLUTION: The event identification system for recording the time when a prescribed event occurs in a series of working actions in such a way as can be retrieved is configured as follows.
