MICROORGANISM HAVING ANTIMICROBIAL ABILITY AND DEODORIZING ABILITY ALSO UNDER COLD TEMPERATURE, AS WELL AS ANTIMICROBIAL AGENT, DEODORIZER, ANTIMICROBIAL METHOD AND DEODORIZING METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide deodorizing methods which are excellent in safety under cold temperature such as in refrigerator and in which an effect can be reached at all corners of the space of interest, and to provide antimicrobial methods, microbial powders, microorganism-containing liquid agents and microorganism-containing gelling agents.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an antimicrobial method which suppresses growth of the fungus present in space, in the state of non-contact, by the component generated from a microorganism, and to a deodorizing method for dissolving odor components. The microorganism which generates an active ingredient can be used as microbial powders dried in the condition to be supported by a microorganism support, as a microorganism-containing liquid agent and as a microorganism-containing gelling agent in which water is absorbed in a hydrophilic polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】冷蔵庫などの冷温化で安全性に優れ、目的とする空間の隅々までに効果が得られる消臭方法、ならびに抗菌方法、および微生物粉体、微生物含有液剤、微生物含有ゲル化剤を提供する。【解決手段】微生物から発生する成分により、非接触状態で、空間内に存在する菌類の発育を抑制する抗菌方法、また、臭い成分を分解する消臭方法である。有効成分を発生する微生物は、微生物担体に担持させた状態で乾燥させた微生物粉体として用いたり、微生物含有液剤として用いたり、吸水性ポリマーに吸水させた微生物含有ゲル化剤として用いたりすることができる。【選択図】図１
