The elastic compression member is equipped on the center part of the inside which is a waist contacting side of a waist compression unit, and is operated elastically. A first and a second non-slip element comprise a first and a second fixing groove which are fixed with a vertical interval unit by being concavely inserted into the inside of the waist compression. The guide protrusion is protruding from the operating plate toward the waist compression unit.
