A medical drill is disclosed. The medical drill includes a drilling tool, a guiding element and a distance sensor. The drilling tool has a handle and a drill. The drill is connected to the handle. The guiding element has a reflecting part and is used to guide the drill. The distance sensor is set on the handle and relative to the guiding element. The distance sensor sends a wave to the reflecting part then the reflecting part reflects the wave to the distance sensor. The moving direction of the wave is parallel to the extending direction of the drill.
