According to the present invention, the filter comprises first and second filter cases which are formed to be detachable, wherein the first filter case includes a first body in a funnel structure, a suction hole which has a center part penetrably formed to protrude outward on one side of the first body, and a hollow aspirate storage unit which includes an absorbing member which is made of a sponge or a cloth inside the first body to absorb an aspirate and the second filter case includes a second body which is formed in a corresponding shape with the first body to be integrated with the first body, an outlet which has a center part penetrably formed to protrude in an aspirate moving direction on one side of the second body, a filter case which includes a radial filter support piece formed inside the second body and supporting the filer, a support piece which is embedded inside the filter case and has a suction hole penetrably formed in a center part, a plurality of filter support protrusions which are spaced apart at predetermined intervals on one surface of the support piece to support the filter and have, through the gap, a moving passage of the aspirate, a filter support structure which includes a support protrusion in a band shape along a circumference of an edge of the support piece, and a thin film filtering member which is embedded inside the filter case in a structure supported by the filter support protrusions of the filter support structure and the filter support piece of the second filter case.
