One pharmaceutical composition may include multiple liposomes of docetaxel and adriamycin. In various embodiments, (i) a liposome may include docetaxel and adriamycin an active medicine mixture (API) (ii) a fat deposit comprising a unsaturated phosphatide, a cholesterol, a cationic lipid, and a preferably polyethylene glycol phosphatide (iii), inside a water, wherein docetaxel is in fat deposit, and adriamycin is crystallized in water inside. Liposome can be used for handling a main body with cancer, such as a human subject. Cancer may, for example, be a lung cancer, preferably non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colon cancer, breast cancer or liver cancer.
