The present invention relates to combinations and pharmaceutical compositions comprising an IGF inhibitor and a chemotherapeutic agent, and their use in treating a proliferative disorder such as cancer (for example a solid cancer such as pancreatic cancer). The invention also provides an IGF inhibitor for use in treating such proliferative disorders in combination with a chemotherapeutic agent, and a chemotherapeutic agent for use in treating such proliferative disorders in combination with an IGF inhibitor and a biomarker for identifying proliferative disorders which have increased responsiveness to the combined treatment.La présente invention concerne des associations et des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant un inhibiteur de lIGF et un agent chimiothérapeutique, et leur utilisation dans le traitement dun trouble prolifératif tel que le cancer (par exemple une tumeur cancéreuse solide telle que le cancer du pancréas).
