PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the rearward movement of a ridge forming body while retaining a ground leveling body in a vertically-oscillating posture with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A tiller comprises: a plow-up rotor 92 a cover 94 for covering the upper part of the plow-up rotor 92 a ridge forming body 95 connected to the rear end of the cover 94 so as to be suspended at the rear part of the plow-up rotor 92 and having flexibility and a ground leveling body 96 arranged at the rear part of the ridge forming body 95, and firmly adhered at its upper end downwardly to the rear end of the cover 94 so as to be suspended at the rear part of the plow-up rotor 92.
