To provide a body condition management system capable of effectively preventing heat illness and dehydration.SOLUTION: A body condition management system comprises: an abnormality detection device 11 for detecting abnormality of a worker 201 comprising a sensor for acquiring biological information； a management server 31 for communicably connecting with the abnormality detection device 11； and a manager terminal 51, a work responsible person terminal 61, and a worker portable terminal 71 that communicably connect with the management server 31. When determining that the worker 201's body is abnormal, the abnormality detection device 11 originates an alarm and automatically transmits an abnormality determination result and the like to the management server 31. When receiving the abnormality determination result and the like, the management server 31 immediately and automatically transmits them to the manager terminal 51 and the work responsible person terminal 61.
