PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining information of a blood vessel for each patient, more specifically, a method for determining heart blood vessel information for each patient to whom a simplified coronary circulation model is applied, and a method for determining a blood flow rate to a branch of a blood vessel originating from an artery for each patient.SOLUTION: A method for determining heart blood vessel information by using a computer includes: a step for receiving the provision of image data including a plurality of coronary arteries originating from an aorta； a step for processing the image data to generate a three-dimensional shape model of the plurality of coronary arteries； a step for simulating blood flow of the generated three-dimensional shape model； and a step for determining the fractional flow reserve (FFR) of each coronary artery.
