CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an external use skin composition comprises: a step of mixing green tea leaves, Artemisia capillaris Thunb and salt and fermenting for 6-12 months； a step of repeating fermentation and extraction to obtain fermentation extract of green tea and Artemisia capillaris Thunb； a step of adding 30-50 weight parts of Phellinus yucatensis and 20-30 weight parts of Cnidii Rhizoma and heating for 1-3 hours； a step of filtering to obtain a first additive； and a step of adding the first additive to the fermentation extract and fermenting for 6-12 months.
