In addition, the first to the third frame unit are separated from one another in a second direction crossing the first direction. Each of the first to the third UV light-emitting element packages is placed to face the upper part of the frame. Moreover, a first optical axis of the first UV light-emitting element package and a second optical axis of a second UV light-emitting element package cross a third optical axis of the third UV light-emitting element package. On the other hand, a method for sterilizing a towel comprises: a step of holding a towel on a holding rod; and a step of radiating light to the towel. In the step of holding a towel, the towel is placed on a frame including a first frame unit and a second frame unit in parallel to each other in a first direction, and a third frame unit placed between the first frame unit and the second frame unit. One end of the towel is positioned between the first and the third frame unit while the other end of the towel is positioned between the second and the third frame unit. Then, the step of radiating light to the towel is a step of radiating, to the towel, light emitted from the first to the third UV light-emitting element package placed in the first to the third frame unit, respectively. Furthermore, the optical axes of the first and the second UV light-emitting element packages are different from the optical axis of the third UV light-emitting element package.
