PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image displaying unit which can bring no futile load to both doctors and patients to supply with understandable illustration of examination results.
SOLUTION: The medical image displaying unit has a display 56 which displays a schematic diagram in addition to dynamic images and static images, wherein the dynamic images and the static images are furnished with information of recording positions of static images in the dynamic images at which they are photographed by an endoscope device. The dynamic images are regenerated to reach a recording position, the corresponding static image is called based on the information. The static image is also photographed by the endoscope device to be recorded with identification information indicating a photographed site, and furnished by the medical image displaying unit with linking information which is based on the identification information so as to correlate the static image with a specific position within the schematic diagram. This allows pointing the specific position within the schematic diagram to call the corresponding static image.
