Disclosed is a porous polymer-glass composite material comprising at least 80wt% of a biodegradable polymeric material and water soluble glass. The polymer-glass composite material may be prepared by porogen leaching, which provides for control over the size and size distributions of the pores. The mechanical properties and biocompatibility of the polymer-glass composite material enables its use as a tissue scaffold, to promote tissue regrowth.La présente invention concerne un matériau composite poreux polymère-verre comprenant au moins 80 % en poids de matériau polymère biodégradable et un verre hydrosoluble. Le matériau composite polymère-verre peut être préparé par lixiviation de porogène, ce qui permet de contrôler la taille et la distribution par taille des pores. Grâce à ses propriétés mécaniques et à sa biocompatibilité, le matériau composite polymère-verre peut être utilisé comme support pour tissus, pour favoriser la régénération tissulaire.
