The present invention discloses a VOCs gas supplying device for use in a VOCs combustion treatment system. The VOCs gas supplying device is connected between a VOCs gas container and a regenerative thermal processing equipment. When using the regenerative thermal processing equipment to carry out a combustion treatment of a VOCs gas, the VOCs gas supplying device is able to prevent the occurrence of gas back flowing. Therefore, in despite of the fact that the gas back flowing occurs in transmit pipes resulted from the abrupt concentration rising of VOCs gas, the back flowing gas would only flows to the VOCs gas supplying device, thereby being block from continuously flowing to other processing unit by the VOCs gas supplying device of the present invention. In addition, the present invention also discloses a VOCs combustion treatment system, which is a regenerative thermal microwave processing equipment, and comprises a microwave heating module, a gas feed-in module, a heat regeneration module, and a heat exchange module.本發明主要提出一種揮發性有機化合物氣體輸入裝置,其應用於一有機揮發氣體處理系統之中,並位於一揮發性有機化合物氣體容置單元和一蓄熱式揮發性有機化合物熱處理裝置之間。在該蓄熱式揮發性有機化合物熱處理裝置對VOCs氣體執行熱氧化處理的過程中,若流體輸送管路之內的揮發性有機化合物氣體因濃度上升而發生回灌現象,則回灌的揮發性有機化合物氣體最多也只會回流至本發明之揮發性有機化合物氣體輸入裝置,原因在於本發明之揮發性有機化合物氣體輸入裝置具有防止氣體回衝之相關設計及功能。再者,本發明還以微波加熱模組、進氣模組、蓄熱模組、及熱交換模組構成有機揮發氣體處理系統內的一蓄熱式微波熱處理裝置。
