The present invention relates to 3D printer-based orthodontic bracket preparation. According to the present invention, which requires no preparation step such as bracket position setting using a bracket positioner, preparation can be conveniently carried out in which an orthodontic bracket is produced in accordance with a surgical subjects tooth form and is arranged and then a wire is fastened to the bracket. An impression material tooth model or a picture file-based tooth model of the surgical subject is obtained by the use of a 3D scanner and waxing of the surgical subjects tooth part. Then, the orthodontic bracket is arranged in the tooth model, and then 3D printing is performed for the preparation of the orthodontic bracket fitting the tooth model. During the 3D printing, additional coupling means is integrally configured with the orthodontic bracket. The bracket arrangement in the tooth model can be conveniently performed by the use of the coupling means.본 발명을 3D프린터기를 이용하여 치열교정용 브라켓을 제조하되, 브라켓 포지셔너를 이용한 브라켓의 위치설정과 같은 준비과정없이, 치열교정용 브라켓을 피시술자의 치아형태에 맞게 제작하고, 배열한 다음 상기 브라켓에 와이어를 결속시키는 준비과정이 간편하게 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은, 피시술자의 치아부분을 왁스작업 및 3D스캐너를 이용하여 인상제 치아모형 혹은 그림파일로 된 피시술자의 치아모형을 얻고, 상기 치아모형에 치열교정용 브라켓을 배열시킨 다음, 3D프린터기로 프린팅하여 치아모형에 맞는 치열교정용 브라켓을 제작하되, 상기 3D프린팅과정에서 치열교정용 브라켓에 별도의 결합수단을 일체형으로 구성하고, 상기 결합수단을 이용하여 브라켓을 치아모형에 간편하게 배열시킬 수 있게 한 것이다.
