The present invention provides a magnetic pill for removing magnetic debris from stomach of an animal. The magnetic pill includes a magnet assembly, a cage, and a plurality of supports. The cage is provided over the magnet assembly. The plurality of supports is provided between the cage and the magnet assembly, thereby creating cavities between the magnet assembly and cage for collecting debris therebetween. Further, the magnetic pill is passed through the digestive system of the animal the magnetic pill enables collection of magnetic debris in the cavities preventing projection of sharp ends outside the cavities, which prevents damage to the stomach of the animal.
