One aspect of the invention provides a vaginal stent system including: an inflatable vaginal stent and a removable handle. The inflatable vaginal stent include includes: an elastomeric exterior wall and a first fitting located at a base of the inflatable vaginal stent. The removable handle is adapted and configured for insertion, inflation, and removal of the inflatable vaginal stent from a subjects vagina. The removable handle includes a second fitting complementary to the first fitting and adapted and configure to form substantially fluid tight coupling when the handle is coupled to the inflatable vaginal stent. Another aspect of the invention provides a method of fabricating a customized vaginal stent or dilator. The method includes: generating a 3D model of a vaginal stent or dilator and controlling a 3D printer to fabricate a vaginal stent or dilator according to the 3D model.Un aspect de la présente invention concerne un système dendoprothèse vaginale comprenant : une endoprothèse vaginale gonflable et une poignée amovible. Lendoprothèse vaginale gonflable comprend : une paroi extérieure élastomère et une première pièce de raccordement située à la base de lendoprothèse vaginale gonflable. La poignée amovible est adaptée et configurée pour linsertion, le gonflage et le retrait de lendoprothèse vaginale gonflable du vagin dun sujet. La poignée amovible comprend une seconde pièce de raccordement complémentaire à la première pièce de raccordement et adaptée et configurée de manière à former un couplage pratiquement étanche au fluide lorsque la poignée est couplée à lendoprothèse vaginale gonflable. Un autre aspect de la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication dune endoprothèse vaginale personnalisée ou dilatateur. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : générer un modèle 3D dune endoprothèse vaginale ou dilatateur et commander une imprimante 3D pour fabriquer une endoprothèse vaginale ou dilatateur selon le modèle 3D.
