The present invention relates to an organic waste treating system and an organic waste treating method using the same. The organic waste treating system comprises: a storing tank which stores organic waste a screw conveyor which transfers the organic waste inputted from the storing tank a grinding unit which grinds the organic waste transferred by the screw conveyor a mixing unit which mixes the ground organic waste and a microorganism product for removing the organic waste a transferring unit which transfers the mixed organic waste and the microorganism product for removing the organic waste to a fermentation treating tank a stirring unit which stirs the organic waste and the microorganism product for removing the organic waste the fermentation treating tank which decomposes the organic waste a deodorizing device which treats steam received from the fermentation treating tank, and discharges the same to the outside and a discharging unit which discharges the extinct microorganism product for removing the organic waste of the fermentation treating tank to the outside. The organic waste can be removed to use the microorganism product for removing the organic waste for one month.
