PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stand device capable of achieving a weight balance of medical equipment when it is tilted in either of forward and backward directions.SOLUTION: A spring for use in both of pushing and pulling is used as a spring 11. Thus, the spring 11 is compressed to generate resiliency in a forward tilted motion, and the spring 11 is pulled to generate the resiliency in a backward tilted motion.
