The present invention relates to a facial massage device and, more particularly, to a facial massage device which maximizes the effects of facial massage through sprayed high-pressure fluid, can remove various harmful materials such as sebum in pores and wastes or bacteria, improves vascular blood flow and skin regeneration, and obtains various skin care effects according to the sprayed types and components of fluids by spraying fluids for skin, such as milk and water to the face of a user using a sprayer.
