The present invention relates to a multi-endotracheal tube fixing device comprising: an endotracheal tube body (110) which inserts an endotracheal tube (10) through an inner central aperture (111) to be fixed and is provided with a tooth groove (112) on an outer circumferential surface； a fixing semi-circular body (120) which is integrally formed in one side of the endotracheal tube body (110) and is provided with a connecting hole (123) on the outside； a rotating semi-circular body (130) which is selectively opened and closed around at one side folding unit (125) of the fixing semi-circular body (120) and is provided with a connecting protrusion (132) and a detaching piece (131) in a tension connecting piece (133)； and a pair of gripping unit (150) which are assembled in the fixing semi-circular body (120) and the rotating semi-circular body (130), respectively and is provided with a semi-circular groove (151) to closely grip the tube (10).
