PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an inhalation-type medicine delivery device which permits a capsule to be simply and surely loaded.SOLUTION: The inhalation-type medicine delivery has a body 1 having a storage chamber M storing the capsule filled with a medicine, a piercing means 6 to make a hole in the capsule arranged in the storage chamber M of the body 1, and a mouthpiece 3 to inhale the medicine of the pierced capsule through a discharge route 3a connected with the storage chamber M. The body 1 is composed of a cylindrical member 1 having openings in two positions. The mouthpiece 3 is provided in one opening 1d of the cylindrical member 1 and a lid member 4 openably connected with the cylindrical member 1 through a connecting portion such as a pivot P or a hinge and opening the inlet M1 of the storage chamber M to load the capsule in an open state is provided in the other opening 1e of the cylindrical member 1.
