A fast-scanner system (5) i.e. free-addressable scanner, scans the tissue on a scanning curve (f) with a scanning speed, which amounts to multiple of another scanning speed of the slow-scanner system. A control module (7) controls deflection (a,b) of the pulses around scanning axes (51, 52) according to a definite curve form, curve amplitude and curve alignment.
