The present invention relates to a filtering apparatus of medicinal fluid for medical treatment to filter foreign materials that may be included in medicinal fluid. Specifically, the present invention relates to a filtering apparatus of medicinal fluid for medical treatment, which can be mounted on medical syringe devices in which medicinal fluids flow, such as a syringe, a hose for intravenous injection or a valve connected to the hose, a multidirectional valve, and the like and filters foreign materials generated upon opening a medicine bottle storing the medicinal fluid, thereby preventing the foreign materials from being injected into a patient along with the medicinal fluid. Further, the foreign materials contained in the medicinal fluid being sucked in the main body of a syringe are filtered primarily through multiple filter members, and then filtered again when the medicinal fluid is discharged from the main body of the syringe through an injection needle.
