PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corneal endothelial cell photographing device by which the visual axis of a subject is quickly guided to a fixation mark.SOLUTION: A corneal endothelial cell photographing device 100 includes a device body 303 comprising: a slit light irradiation optical system which radiates slit light a corneal endothelial cell photographing optical system which receives reflected light from a corneal endothelial cell of a cornea and photographs the corneal endothelial cell an internal fixation mark and an external fixation mark by which a subjected eye is turned to a prescribed direction and alignment detection means which detects alignment of the device body with respect to the subjected eye. The device body 303 thereof can be movable in front and rear, right and left, and upward and downward with respect to the subjected eye.
