PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poultry farming method which prevents bad odor from occurring at the time of poultry farming and a compost manufacturing method which manufactures compost with rich fertilizer during poultry farming.SOLUTION: In a poultry farming method of an all-in/all-out method that carries all chicks being bred inside a henhouse into the henhouse and carries out all chickens after breeding, poultry manure and feathers are accumulated on a floor of the henhouse by repeating all-in and all-out without removing the poultry manure and feathers inside the henhouse, and actinomycetes and moisture are added to accumulated matter at the time of every all-out. In a compost manufacturing method that manufactures compost from poultry manure generated during the poultry farming of the all-in/all-out method, the poultry manure and feathers are accumulated on the floor of the henhouse by repeating all-in and all-out without removing the poultry manure and feathers inside the henhouse, and compost is manufactured by using the accumulated matter, to which the actinomycetes and moisture are added at the time of every all-out, as an ingredient.
