The present invention relates to a skin treatment device. The skin treatment device comprises: a cartridge housing having a skin facing surface with an open part； a transmissive film coupled to the cartridge housing to seal the open part； a transducer generating focused ultrasonic waves in the housing, and emitting the generated focused ultrasonic waves to the outside of the cartridge housing through the transmissive film； a film-type sensor provided to detect whether or not at least one of contact, close contact, and pressure between the cartridge housing and a part to be treated of a subject to be treated is present； and a controller receiving a detection signal of the film-type sensor and controlling the transducer.
