PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair frame that improves strength of a wheelchair, and to provide a wheelchair equipped with the frame and a method of manufacturing the wheelchair.SOLUTION: The wheelchair frame of the present invention is characterized in that it is made of aluminum material, that the surface is subjected to shot blast treatment, and that the surface after the shot blast treatment is processed by alumite treatment.
