The method comprises carrying out primary drying and sublimation of products in a processing chamber under a selected level of vacuum and with a contribution of heat to transfer whole or part of the products in an ice state to a vapor state without transferring into a liquid state, and introducing an atmosphere containing carbon dioxide (CO 2) into the processing chamber prior to admission of a cryogen in a condenser/sodium-cold trap. A cryogenic removal of vapors is generated by sublimation of the condenser cooled by the cryogen.
