PURPOSE: A producing method of microorganism activation liquid using bamboo and bamboo fermentation liquid is provided to use a solid fermentation method using hard-boiled rice for activate-culturing microorganisms, and to secure the uniform quality of products. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of microorganism activation liquid using bamboo and bamboo fermentation liquid comprises the following steps: spreading 200~2,000parts of hard-boiled rice by weight on 100parts of dried bamboo leaves or bamboo stems by weight； spreading rice straws on the rice； cultivating the mixture in a culture chamber at 15~60deg C for 2~10days； adding 20~200parts of sugar by weight into 100parts of hard-boiled rice by weight including microorganism produced from the bamboo leaves or stems； fermenting the mixture for 1~3months at 10~40deg C； adding 100~2,000parts of sugar by weight into 100parts of fermented liquid by weight； and adding water into the fermented liquid for diluting, and aging the mixture for 3~15days at 10~40deg C.본 발명은 대나무 잎 100 중량부 위에 증자시킨 고두밥 200 ~ 2000 중량부를 깔고 그 위에 볏짚을 덮은 후 습도 40 ~ 70%, 15 ~ 60 ℃, 직사광선이 차단된 배양실에서 2 ~ 10일 배양하는 대나무 유래 미생물 종균 활성화 배양단계； 상기 배양된 고두밥 100 중량부에 당원 20 ~ 200 중량부를 혼합하여 10 ~ 40 ℃에서 1 ~ 3 개월 발효시키는 1차 대나무 유래 미생물 발효원액 제조단계； 및 상기 1차 미생물 발효원액 100 중량부에 당원 100 ~ 2000 중량부를 첨가하고 발효원액을 기준으로 50 ~ 5000 배의 물로 희석한 후 10 ~ 40 ℃에서 3 ~ 15일 발효시키는 2차 발효단계；를 포함하는 대나무 유래 미생물 활성액 제조방법과 상기 대나무 유래 미생물 활성액 제조단계의 1차 대나무 유래 미생물 발효원액 100 중량부에 대나무 생잎 또는 줄기 50 ~ 5000 중량부 및 물과 당원을 4 : 6 내지 8 : 2 중량비로 희석한 희석수 50 ~ 5000 중량부 혼합하여 1 ~ 6개월 발효시키는 제조단계를 포함하는 대나무 발효액의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
