PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird repelling tool which can be installed in a utility pole and an iron tower, regardless of conditions of the pole and the tower and shapes of bridle wires and the like, and repel a bird that tries to build a nest.SOLUTION: A bird repelling tool 1 is a tool which is installed at a high place of a structure including a utility pole, an iron tower and an electric wires to prevent a bird from staying at the structure, which is excellent in flexibility, heat resistance and weather resistance and formed of polymer gel such as silicone gel having electrical insulation properties. This can soften a foothold of a place of a utility pole 100 at which a bird stays, so that the bird cannot stay at the pole and further, can prevent the bird from building a nest at the utility pole 100 and prevent feces because a bird has a habit that the bird does not fly back to a place where the bird could not stay.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】電柱や鉄塔の状態や、縁線の形状等によらずに設置可能であり、営巣を試みる鳥が寄り付かない防鳥具を提供する。【解決手段】防鳥具1は、電柱、鉄塔、電線を含む構造物の高所に設置され、構造物に鳥が留まることを防止する器具であり、柔軟性、耐熱性、耐候性に優れ、電気絶縁性を有するシリコーンゲル等の高分子ゲルにより形成されている。これにより、鳥が留まる場所の足場が柔らかくなり、電柱100に鳥が留まれなくなる。そして、鳥は一度留まることができなかった場所には飛来しないという習性があるため、電柱100への営巣の防止と、糞害を防止することが可能になる。【選択図】 図1
