The invention concerns use of a composition for the treatment and prophylaxis of cancer in a mammal. The composition comprises a mixture of 30% - 80% of at least one compound having the formula (I) (Formula (I)) and 10% to 40% of at least one compound of the formula (II) (Formula (II)) wherein the substituents are as defined in the description. The invention also relates to methods for the treatment and prophylaxis of cancer and also use of the composition in the preparation of a medicament for treatment or prophylaxis of cancer.La présente invention concerne lutilisation dune composition pour le traitement et la prophylaxie dun cancer chez un mammifère.
