PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior carton of a pouch with a vapor discharging function, which does not make the inside of a microwave oven dirty with the contents of the pouch and has no danger of burning the finger and hand due to vapor at the time of pulling-out the pouch.SOLUTION: The exterior carton storing the pouch having the vapor discharging function at the time of heated cooking can be heated and cooked as it is. The exterior carton is a flat rectangular parallelepiped, and a vapor discharging hole section is formed at a front side portion of a top plate by a plurality of annular break lines. A cover plate covering a plurality of vapor discharging hole sections at the top plate is extended at an outer end side of an outer front plate via a folding line, and the cover plate is pasted on the plurality of vapor discharging hole sections at the top plate by folding the cover plate.
