The present application provides quinoline-3-carboxamide compounds covalently linked to a label for use in the diagnosis of an inflammatory disease at local site. The above mentioned compounds can be used to detect or image accumulation of S100A9 in the body of a subject at sites of inflammation, using in vivo non-invasive molecular imaging techniques for the detection of said compounds. Accordingly, labeled quinoline-3-carboxamide compounds can be applied to evaluate the risk of a subject of developing an inflammatory disease and to follow the progress of the disease.La présente invention concerne des composés de quinoléine-3-carboxamide liés de façon covalente à un marqueur pour une utilisation dans le diagnostic d'une maladie inflammatoire au niveau d'un site local. Les composés mentionnés ci-dessus peuvent être utilisés pour détecter ou imager l'accumulation de S100A9 dans le corps d'un sujet au niveau de sites d'inflammation, à l'aide de techniques d'imagerie moléculaire non-effractives in vivo pour la détection desdits composés. En conséquence, des composés de quinoléine-3-carboxamide marqués peuvent être appliqués pour évaluer le risque d'un sujet de développer une maladie inflammatoire, et suivre la progression de la maladie.
