PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel therapy to intractable diseases associated with cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction, bone fracture, tissue damage such as skin ulcer.SOLUTION: There is provided a medicine which contains any one of HMGB1 to 3 protein, a cell that secretes the HMGB1 to 3 protein, a vector into which DNA that codes the HMGB1 to 3 protein is inserted, is administrated to blood vessel or muscle, and used for mobilizing bone marrow cells from bone marrow to peripheral blood. The medicine comprises extracted fractions having high mobilizing activity of the bone marrow cells from the bone marrow to peripheral blood vessel which are produced by extracting from cells or tissue by solvent, and isolating heparin-bound fractions by using immobilized heparin. Use of the medicine enables a collection method of bone marrow-derived tissue stem cells which is more simple and safer than a conventional method in which the cells have been collected from bone marrow for treating cerebral infarction.【課題】脳梗塞や心筋梗塞、骨折、皮膚潰瘍などの組織損傷を伴う難治性疾患に対する新規治療法の提供。【解決手段】HMGB1~3タンパク質、HMGB1~3タンパク質を分泌する細胞、HMGB1~3タンパク質をコードするDNAが挿入されたベクターのいずれかを含有し、血管または筋肉に投与される、骨髄細胞を骨髄から末梢血に動員するために用いる薬剤。上記薬剤は、細胞又は組織から溶媒により抽出し、固定化ヘパリンを用いて、ヘパリン結合画分を分離し、骨髄細胞の骨髄から末梢血管への動員活性が高い抽出画分からなる薬剤。【効果】この薬剤の使用により、これまで脳梗塞治療のために骨髄から採取してきた従来の方法と比較して簡便で安全な骨髄由来組織幹細胞の採取方法を可能にする。【選択図】なし
