This adhesive patch is characterized by including a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which includes an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a solid resin that is solid at 40°C and incompatible with the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a plasticizer, and a drug, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer being integrally layered on one surface of the support.
