PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair tonic excellent in hair-growing effect, effect for imparting voluminous feeling to hair, effect for improving tension and stiffness of hair, effect for improving combability of hair, and also excellent in feeling of use having no sticky feeling after use or the like.SOLUTION: This hair tonic includes (A) a 0.005-0.5 mass% copolymer obtained from a 30-90 mol% monomer represented by formula (1) and a 10-70 mol% monomer represented by formula (2), and (B) a 0.0001-5 mass% leaf extract of a young tree of eucalyptus in Myrtaceae family as an effective portion.
