An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes an ultrasonic probe including an ultrasonic transducer array, and an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus body which includes: a transceiver which transmits and receives ultrasonic waves through the ultrasonic transducer array； an image processing unit which generates an ultrasonic image about an object based on an ultrasonic echo signal obtained through the transceiver； a communications unit which wirelessly communicates with an external docking station； and a charging unit which charges a charging battery with power wirelessly transmitted from the docking station through the communications unit.
