A process for manufacturing a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) containing a functionalizing group is comprising the step of reacting HA with a mixture of: (i) a first cross-linking agent selected from the group consisting of bifunctional epoxides and polyfunctional epoxides, and (ii) a functionalized agent, consisting of a functionalizing group coupled via a 1,2,3-triazole linkage to a second cross-linking agent selected from the group consisting of bifunctional epoxides and polyfunctional epoxides, to obtain a cross-linked HA containing the functionalizing group. The process provides a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) containing a functionalizing group. The process utilizes a functionalized agent, consisting of a functionalizing group coupled via a 1,2,3-triazole linkage to a cross-linking agent.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication dun acide hyaluronique (HA) réticulé contenant un groupe de fonctionnalisation. Le procédé comprend létape consistant à faire réagir un HA avec un mélange de : (i) un premier agent de réticulation sélectionné parmi le groupe constitué dépoxydes bifonctionnels et dépoxydes polyfonctionnels, et (ii) un agent fonctionnalisé, constitué dun groupe de fonctionnalisation couplé via une liaison 1,2,3-triazole à un second agent de réticulation sélectionné parmi le groupe constitué dépoxydes bifonctionnels et dépoxydes polyfonctionnels, pour obtenir un HA réticulé contenant le groupe de fonctionnalisation. Le procédé permet de produire un acide hyaluronique (HA) réticulé contenant un groupe de fonctionnalisation. Le procédé utilise un agent fonctionnalisé, constitué dun groupe de fonctionnalisation couplé via une liaison 1,2,3-triazole à un agent de réticulation.
