PURPOSE: A composition for treating or preventng amyloid disease comprising cyclophilin B is provided to form neural plate by being deposited with other substances, thereby effectively treating amyloid disease. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating or preventng amyloid disease comprising cyclophilin B(CypB) includes protein. The CypB protein has amino acid sequence which is represented by sequence number 1. The composition for treating or preventng amyloid disease comprises nucleic acid having nucleotide sequence which codes the cyclophilin B (CypB) protein. The nucleic acid having the nucleotide sequence which codes the CypB protein has nucleotide sequence which codes the amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1. The nucleic acid having nucleotide sequence which codes the CypB protein has nucleotide sequence of sequence number 2. The nucleic acid having the nucleotide sequence which codes the CypB protein is a CypB protein expression recombinant vector. The CypB protein expression recombinant vector comprises nucleotide sequence which codes the amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1. The CypB protein expression recombinant vector comprises the nucleotide sequence of the sequence number 2.본 발명은 사이클로필린 B(CypB) 단백질, CypB 단백질을 코딩하는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 갖는 핵산 또는 CypB 단백질 발현 재조합 벡터를 포함하는 아밀로이드원성 질환(amyloid diseases)을 치료 또는 예방하기 위한 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 사이클로필린 B을 포함하는 아밀로이드원성 질환 예방 및 치료용 조성물은 아밀로이드-β 펩티드가 다른 물질들과 침적을 이루어 신경반을 형성하고 이에 의해 신경독성작용을 일으켜 유발되는 아밀로이드원성 질환(amyloid diseases), 예를 들어, 노화 관련 인지 저하, 경증 인지 장애 ("MCI"), 혈관치매, 뇌 아밀로이드 혈관병증("CAA"), 유전성 뇌내출혈, 노인성 치매, 다운 증후군, 봉입체 근염("IBM"), 노화 관련 황반변성("ARMD"), 만성 염증(chronic inflammation), 다발성 골수종(multiple myeloma), II형 당뇨병(type Ⅱ diabetes), 크로이펠트-야콥(Creutzfeldt-Jakob), 알츠하이머 질환(Alzheimer's disease)을 효과적으로 치료할 수 있다.
