PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a seat in a stable state even when a shape of the seat is changed.SOLUTION: When a mobile frame 42 is rotated forward, a lower end side of a supporter 201 is displaced forward and rear casters 12 connected to a sub-frame 43 are also displaced forward. A seventh link 57 is displaced downward with an action of a third cylinder 33 and an upper end side of the supporter 201 connected to the seventh link 57 is moved downward. When the lower end side of the supporter 201 is moved forward and the upper end side is displaced downward, the supporter 201 is inclined backward. In this state, the mobile frame 42 receives a load from the supporter 201, and the load received by the mobile frame 42 is distributed to the front casters 11, the rear casters 12, and drive wheels 10 via the base frame 41.
