The present invention relates to: an insecticide composition which includes active ingredients for insecticide, a penetration agent, and an excipient, wherein the active ingredients for insecticide include a Derris elliptica extract, paraffin, and anhydrous citric acid as active ingredients； a manufacturing method of the insecticide composition； and a dermanyssus gallinae insecticide method. The insecticide composition of the present invention has excellent insecticide effects to dermanyssus gallinae by including: active ingredients including derris elliptica extract, paraffin, and anhydrous citric acid as active ingredients； a penetration agent； and an excipient. Therefore, by using the above periodically, the present invention is able to reduce the stress of livestock by reducing the distribution of dermanyssus gallinae and prevents infection by other pathogens mediated by dermanyssus gallinae. In particular, the plant extract of the present invention has an advantage of an environmentally friendly pest control since the plant extract is a material extracted from plant, and can be used beneficially without generating resistance problems by having a mechanism different from conventional pesticides which are chemically synthesized.본 발명은 데리스(Derris elliptica) 추출물, 파라핀(paraffin) 및 무수구연산을 유효성분으로 포함하는 살충용 활성성분, 침투이행제 및 부형제를 포함하는 살충제 조성물, 상기 살충제 조성물의 제조방법 및 닭진드기 살충방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 데리스(Derris elliptica) 추출물, 파라핀(paraffin) 및 무수구연산을 유효성분으로 포함하는 살충용 활성성분, 침투이행제 및 부형제를 포함하는 살충제 조성물은 닭진드기에 대한 살충효과가 우수하다. 따라서 이를 주기적으로 사용할 경우, 닭 진드기의 분포를 감소시켜 가축의 스트레스를 감소시키고 닭 진드기에 의해 매개되는 타 병원체의 감염을 차단할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명의 식물 추출물은 식물체에서 추출한 물질이므로 친환경적으로 해충방제를 할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 기존의 화학적으로 합성된 살충제와 다른 작용기작을 가지고 있어 저항성 문제도 발생하지 않아 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
