PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing deep seawater mineral is provided to strengthen skin barrier, to suppress melanogenesis, and to prevent and treat atopic dermatitis and acne.CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 8.3-75 wt% of concentrated deep seawater containing 12,000mg/L of calcium and magnesium 0.1-0.9 wt% of dried dead sea salts containing 36 wt% of magnesium chloride and remaining ingredients including oils, an antiseptic, a perfume, a moisturizing agent, an arnica extract, and purified water.
