The present invention relates an aqueous microbial composition capable of inhibiting progress of Ganoderma Basal Stem Rot disease comprising one or more bacteria types fermented in an organic fertilizer blended in water, wherein the bacterial type is any one or combination of Bacillus Catenulatus, Bacillus Cereus, Bacillus Drentensis, Bacillus Firmus, Bacillus Flexus, Bacillus Megaterium, Bacillus Niacini, Bacillus Subtilis, Bacillus Teguilensis and Bacillus Thuringiensis.
