PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper allowing a user to easily take out the male genital organ in urination.
SOLUTION: The disposable diaper comprises a chassis body at least comprising a front body and a rear body in wearing a liquid-permeable front surface sheet disposed in at least a part of the chassis body a liquid-impermeable rear surface sheet disposed on one side of the front surface sheet in the direction of thickness and a liquid-retaining absorber disposed between the front surface sheet and the rear surface sheet. The chassis body comprises a first chassis and a second chassis, and an overlapped part is disposed in the front body of the chassis body formed by overlapping at least part of the first and second chassis. The overlapped part has jointed parts to joint the first and second chassis at positions separate from each other astride a nearly center line extending in the longitudinal direction of the disposable diaper and dividing the diaper into two sections in the cross direction, and non-jointed part disposed between the jointed parts.
